Adorable mermaid tutu dress with a knot style skirt. Multiple layers and colors of tulle are used to make this skirt.  The waistline has a satin bow with a sparkling starfish on it.  Bodice is a satin ribbon back tie.  Costume comes with a mermaid tail sparkling headband.
