This beautiful ice princess dress features a 3 layer shimmering snowflake skirt.  The velvet bodice is adorned with glittered snowflakes, silver ribbon trim, and a blue crystal pendant.  The sparkling stars cape flowing behind it can be removed.  Costume includes a pair of blue satin gloves.
