This beautiful Elsa dress features a light blue satin skirt with a shimery beltline.  They bodice of the dress is adorned with whimsical blue glitter swirls and sparkling faux crystal applique.  The mesh three qaurter sleeves are also adorned with shimmery polka dots that continue through the long cape behind.  This is not a licensed Disney product.
